Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source capable of being adjusted to an arbitrary spectrum in a single light source without the need for complex controls and device configurations.SOLUTION: An arbitrary spectrum light source 1 includes a filament 2, as a radiator, including holes 211 with two kinds or more of shapes arrayed therein and having a cavity structure 21 on a surface thereof, the cavity structure 21 amplifying radiation of a wavelength from an ultraviolet light region to an infrared light region. At least the surface of the cavity structure 21 is coated with metal, and the holes 211 preferably have a square hole shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
