PURPOSE: To facilitate miniaturization of a device and handing it in mounting it.
CONSTITUTION: In the central part of an arc ject device 30, a negative electrode 12 made of a high melting point metal of tungsten and others is arranged. On the outer periphery of the negative electrode 12, an insulating material 14 made of boron nitride (BN) is fit and fixed. On the outer periphery of the insulating material 14, an inclination function member 32 is fit and fixed. The inclination function member 32 is constituted of inclination function material comprising a high melting point metal of tungsten and others inside and zirconia outside both of which components are intermally mixed by degress. Tungsten inside constitutes a positive electrode, and zirconia outside constitutes an insulating material 24 against a satellite main body.
