Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10315378
Kind Code:
A

To enable formation of a tertiary curve by enhancing working performance in addition to the availability of advantages such as weight and cost aspects and also properties such as incombustibility, antiseismicity, soundproofness and antibacterial properties.

First, a mat-like glass fiber 3 is bonded to the surface of a hard rubber 1 and a suspension-like material obtained by mixing a gypsum material 2 with water is coated in a proper thickness over the entire upper face of the glass fiber 3, and further, these materials are cured and dried into an architectural board of a basic structure. In addition, 1-3%, in terms of weight ratio, of non-silver inorganic antibacterial agent is mixed into the gypsum material 2. As a board body, a synthetic resin board of urethane or styrene foam in addition to rubber plate, a board with a plate rubber sandwiched and fixed between two wooden boards and a board with the rubber plate sandwiched and fixed between the wooden board and the synthetic resin board are used. Further, a composite laminate comprising an interposed glass fiber and a mixture of hard gypsum and soft gypsum coated over the entire surface is used in lieu of a monogypsum material.
