PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of dew condensation on the surface of a facility pipeline, while suppressing labor and cost.SOLUTION: An architectural structure with two or more stories including a chamber R having an air conditioning facility 6, includes: a shaft 7 vertically consecutively provided over a plurality of stories, and communicated in a freely ventilated manner; a facility pipeline 9 stored in the shaft 7 in a state of extending over the plurality of stories; and air feeding means F configured to circulate air in the chamber R to the shaft 7.
