Abstract:
To provide an arcing and charging protection film composition, and to provide a field emission element with an arcing and charging protection film formed therefrom.
The arcing and charging protection film composition comprises 50-90 wt.% inorganic oxide, 5-30 wt.% organic vehicle, and 1-45 wt.% glass frit. The arcing and charging protection film of the field emission element utilizing the arching and charging protection film composition is superior in adhesive force and stable under vibration and vacuum to improve the uniformity and stability of the field emission element.
