An affiliate provider server 40a is provided with: an affiliate provider side customer information managing part 44 configured so as to acquire a customer ID stored in an area of an IC chip 1a and acquire customer information corresponding to the acquired customer ID from an IC chip area loan service provider server 30a when an affiliate provider makes settlement using a prescribed medium 1; and a customer information requesting part 43 configured so as to transmit the acquired customer ID to the IC chip area loan service provider server 30a to thereby request the transmission of the customer information corresponding to the customer ID.
