To easily measure the arm circumference(AC) and the triceps skinfold thickness(TS), by equipping a means to support a scale part of a measure on the tip end part of a first arm and a means to attach/detach the tip end part of the measure on the tip end of a second arm and making the tip end parts of the first and second arms be opened/closed.

A tape measure main body is housed in a housing of a first arm 20. On the tip end of the first arm 20, a slit is provided so that the scale part of the tape measure can be pulled out therefrom. Below the first arm 20, a finger hole 24 which is a finger engaging part and a TDF measure scale 26 are equipped. On the tip end of a second arm, a hook 42 is equipped below the second arm a finger engaging hook 44 and a measure point 46 are provided. The first arm 20 and the second arm 40 are combined coaxially rotatable so that the tip ends of the first and second arms 20, 40 can be opened/closed.
