Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rapidly work a hand brake or the like and easily make a seated person get off in case of emergency.
CONSTITUTION: A regulator 50 restricting the oscillation of an arm rest 10 extending downward from the serving position is formed from a plate spring. The arm rest can swing to the lower evacuating position from the serving position by the pushing-down manipulation of the arm rest 10 under the resisting force against the plate spring 50.
