A band 1 is a cloth band into which rubber is woven, and is rich in expandability. A hook-and-loop fastener (the loop side) 3a is sewn to the outer periphery of the band 1, and a hook-and-loop fastener (the hook side) 3b corresponding to this fastener is stuck to a bottom surface of a vessel body 2. The vessel body is detachably supported by a wrist by superposing these fasteners. The vessel body 2 is a plastic vessel having an opening upper surface, and is not uniform in depth, and has a shallow part 4 and a deep part (a liquid reservoir) 5. Almost U-shaped holders 7 are arranged on the front side of the vessel body, and a brush 8 can be supported by fitting a handle to these holders.
