Abstract:
To provide a mold commutator having a new anti-centrifugal force structure in which an armature is integrally molded with resin.SOLUTION: An armature 41a has a configuration including: a rotation shaft 43; an armature core 41; an armature coil 42; a coil end 35; an insulator member 54; a commutator piece 45a of a part of a mold commutator 45; a coil fastening part 45b of the mold commutator 45; and a crossover 42a, which are assembled and covered by an armature exterior 55, which is a resin molded body. The tip of the teeth 44 located at the maximum outer circumference of the armature core is not covered by the armature exterior, and the tip thereof is exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
