Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform slow slip start, by a method wherein gaps between even- numbered fan-shaped members, disposed in an annular manner, and a rotary member or a fixed member are increased in order, and the fan-shaped members are caused to perform time difference magnetic absorption. CONSTITUTION:Fan-shaped members 1, 2, 3, and 4 are annually disposed such that the fan-shaped members 1 and 3, and 2 and 4, which are respectively positioned facing each other on the line of diameter, are engaged with each other by means of notched step parts 17 and 18 in the side edge parts of a fan shape. Notched step parts 17, formed in the fan-shaped members 1 and 3, are provided in surfaces opposite to surfaces 1a and 3a facing an end surface 5a of a pulley 5, and notched step parts 18 in the fan-shaped members 2 and 4 are formed in surfaces opposite to surfaces 2a and 4a facing the end surface 5a. When the fan-shaped members 1 and 3 face the end surface 5a of a pulley 5 with a gap (g) formed therebetween, the fan-shaped members 2 and 4 face the end surface 5a of the pulley 5 with a gap g1, measuring 2 times as wide as the gap (g), provided therebetween.
