Abstract:
To achieve the optimization of an armature manufacturing method and the optimization of an armature structure.SOLUTION: When a stator 720 is manufactured, a winding jig 750 having a winding core base 751 and a pair of flange members 752 attached to the side surface of the winding core base 751 is used. A manufacturing method of the stator 720 includes: a winding step of winding a conductor CR around the winding jig 750 in which a pair of flange members 752 are attached to the side surfaces of the winding core base 751; a winding forming step of fixing the conductors CR wound around the winding jig 750 to each other to form a partial winding 741; a jig disassembly step of removing the core base 751 from among the core base 751 and the pair of flange members 752 of the winding jig 750, from the partial winding 741; and a winding fixing step of fixing the partial winding 741 and the pair of flange members 752 to the stator core 722 with the flange member 752 in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the stator core 722.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 83
