Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature capable of improving the space factor of a winding and shortening a coil end, and a manufacturing method therefor.
SOLUTION: The armature 3 is structured so that an armature core 8 and a commutator 11 may be fixed on a rotating shaft 4. The winding 13 is connected to a connection pawl 12a, and a prescribed slot 10a is made to face a crossover 14a. A prescribed number of turns is wound between the slots 10a, 10f. The armature 3 is turned at a prescribed angle (30 degrees in this embodiment) in the winding direction of the winding 13 and in the opposite direction to it. The crossover 14a returned to the commutator 11 side from the slot 10f is intersected with a crossover 14b going to the slot 10a from the connection pawl 12a and is connected to a connection pawl 121. Thereafter the same work is repeated, and when it is returned to the connection pawl 12a, winding work is completed.
