Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit of an armature coil by arranging winding guides capable of holding each of windings to be electrically connected to a commutator in non-contact manner by leading out of the armature coil between an armature core and commutator.
SOLUTION: An armature core 9 is fixed to an armature shaft 8, and a commutator 10 is fixed to the armature shaft 8 near the armature core 9. Also, a plurality of windings 11a wound around the armature core 9 are provided, end portions of these windings 11a are intersected each other and led out, and armature coils 11 are electrically connected to the commutator 10. Then, winding guides 14, which are capable of holding each of the windings 11a to be drawn out of the armature coils 11 and electrically connected to the commutator 10 in non-contact manner, are arranged between the armature core 9 and commutator 10.
