Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the copper loss and to increase the output on reducing the length of conductor of the coil end by making a pad plate, the slot exit side of which is rounded, contact with the end face of iron core and by inserting the coil conductor into the slot. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate the thickness of which is greater than that of laminate iron plate is worked by a press so that both sides parts located at the exits of slots are roundish to form a pad plate 4. The surface of pad plate is coated with insulating film 9 of resin, the pad plate is made contact with the end face of laminated iron core, the slot insulating paper 8 which covers the linear part x0 of the pad plate slightly is inserted into the slot, and coils 11, 12 are fit in the slot. In this way, the length of coil end can be reduced to improve the output since the coils are bent along the surface of pad plate at the end of slot.
