Abstract:

To provide an armguard for Kendo (Japanese art of fencing) which enables the sufficient wrist twisting and facilitates the bamboo sword operation.

In the left or right armguard for the Kendo (Japanese art of fencing) formed by connecting an armguard cylinder 200 which wraps the front of the region of the forearm 300 from the outside 301 to the inside 302 and is matched up at the inside position to protect the same by a cylindrical cushion 201 to an armguard head 100 which protects the fist by covering with a wrapping cushion 101 and a palm side leather 102, the cylindrical cushion 201 has a wrist twisting edge 204 of which the connecting edge 203 to the armguard head 200 caves in to the opposite side of the armguard head 200 in an extended form.
