Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest facilitating hooking an object to be hooked such as a shopping bag.SOLUTION: An armrest 4 receives the arm of a sitting person. The armrest 4 includes: a storage recess 15 provided on a surface for the sitting person to place the arm and opened to the outside; and a hook part 18 provided as part of the side part of the storage recess 15. The hook part 18 is exposed to an exterior space. The hook part 18 is in a plane having the same height as the lateral face of the armrest 4. The hook part 18 has a hooking protrusion 19 forming part of the storage recess 15, and a pair of grooves 20a and 20b positioned at both sides of the hooking protrusion 19 and forming the hooking protrusion 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
