To provide an inexpensive aromatic gas feeder feeding aromatic gas with a small amount of use, and to provide a portable toilet capable of reducing discomfort for a defecating person caused by uncomfortable malodor during defecation.
This aromatic gas feeder 1 is provided with an aromatic object storage chamber 200 storing an object 9 containing aroma evaporating or sublimating into gas, a gas storage chamber 100 communicated with the storage chamber 200 and storing aromatic gas 11 generated in the storage chamber 200, and adsorbent 12 placed in the gas storage chamber and adsorbing/desorbing the aromatic gas 11; and is further provided with a fan 14 bringing the adsorbent 12 in contact with air sucked from a suction port 4 of the gas storage chamber, desorbing the adsorbed aromatic gas 11 and exhausting it from an exhaust port 13 of the gas storage chamber. A portable toilet using the aromatic gas feeder is also provided.
