Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aromatic polyimide gas separation film free from the deterioration of gas separation permeation ability after a long term use by crosslinking an aromatic polyimide film obtained by polymerizing and imidating an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid component and an aromatic diamine component by heat-treating at a specific temp.
SOLUTION: This aromatic polyimide gas separation film is produced by heat-treating the aromatic polyimide film obtained by polymerizing and imidating the aromatic tetracarboxylic acid component and the aromatic diamine component at 350°C to be cross-linked. At this time, ≥20mol% of the aromatic diamine component is a diaminodiphenylene sulfone expressed by the formula (in the formula, each of R and R' represents hydrogen atom or an organic substituent). As the diminodiphenylene sulfone, 3,7-diamino-2,8-dimethyl- diphenylene sulfone or the like is cited, and the crosslinked aromatic polyimide gas separation film is prepared so as to be ≤100% in degree of swelling in a parachlorophenol solution.
