Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement change-over device for a vehicle seat capable of changing the arrangement state of a movable seat part in a short period of time.
SOLUTION: This arrangement change-over device is furnished with a fixed frame 7, a slide frame 8, the movable seat part and a transmission mechanism 31. The fixed frame 7 is fixed on a floor 2 of a railways rolling stock, and the slide frame 8 is installed on the fixed frame 7 free to slide in the cross direction of the railway rolling stock. The movable seat part has at least a seat part and a back pad part and is installed on the slide frame 8 free to rotate by a rotation main shaft 22. The transmission mechanism 31 transmits rotation of the movable seat part to the slide frame 8 by converting it to rectilinear motion at the time when the movable seat part is rotated, and it slides the slide frame 8 in the cross direction with the movable seat part in accordance with rotation of the movable seat part. By sliding in accordance with this rotation, the movable seat part is changed over to a long arrangement where the back pad part comes to be roughly in parallel with the forwarding direction of the railway rolling stock and a cross arrangement where the back pad part comes to be roughly orthogonal with the forwarding direction.
