PURPOSE: To provide the arrangement of flower and water raising agent therefor capable of long-term water raising for flowers and of maintaining them in a living state while preventing water spoiling.

CONSTITUTION: The objective flower arrangement system comprising (A) a flower material for flower arrangement is cut underwater followed by water- extraction, (B) the title water raising agent coating process where the cut part of the resulting flower material is coated with said agent composed of 95wt.% of burnt postasium alum and 5wt.% of anhydrous glucose, and (C) the arrangement process for the flower material coated with the above agent where this material is put into a flower pot containing ca. 1.8l, of water spiked with ca. 1 g of the water raising agent.
