To provide an arrangement structure capable of rapidly changing over the position of a controlling member for controlling a connection device of a rotary dobby.

This arrangement structure comprises holes 10 arranged in a plane in the radial direction, a carrier 4 attached into a driving shaft 1 formed as a hollow shaft, two changeover tappets 5 arranged in the holes 10 so as to be movable, two controlling members 1 functionally engageable with the changeover tappets 5, a means 8 for operating the controlling members 7 and two resetting elements 9 for the controlling members 7. Each controlling member 42 can positionally be moved from a first position for changing over a connection device to a driving position relatively to the driving shaft 1 and a second position for changing over the connection device to an idling position. The resetting members 9 are arranged on the inside of the driving shaft 1 to move the controlling members 7 to the second position. The controlling members 7 are surely reset by the arrangement.
