To provide an arrangement structure of fuel feed system parts capable of preventing the fuel feed system parts from being damaged due to interference with a moved engine, in a situation where an engine is made to move owing to a collision of a vehicle or the like.
An inclined surface 53 which is inclined more downward as nearer to the rear end of a vehicle body is formed in a back end edge of an engine cover 50. A control valve 42 provided in an auxiliary fuel feed system installed in a FFV is arranged backward of the inclined surface 53 and in an upper position than the back end edge of the inclined surface 53. At a collision of the vehicle from the front, the inclined surface 53 of the engine cover 50 which is moved backward of the vehicle body together with the engine 11 is moved into an under side of the control valve 42. The control valve 42 is moved upward as the engine cover 50 is moved more rearward of the vehicle body. This can prevent the control valve 42 from being caught between the engine and a dash panel and thus from being damaged.
