Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the rigidity of strut towers, and utilize a hollow part of a performance rod to secure the arrangement space for pipelines, and prevent the damage of the pipelines due to the heat, and omit a clamp of the pipelines.
CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a performance rod 6 are fitted to a bilateral pair of strut towers 1a, 1b of a car body, and the bilateral pair of strut towers 1a, 1b are strongly joined to each other through a performance rod 6. In this arrangement of a performance rod, the performance rod 6 is made of the pipe material, and openings of both ends of the performance rod 6 are opened, and pipelines 11 are inserted for arrangement into a hollow part of the performance rod 6.
