To suitably absorb vibration given a motor fitted at a coolant flow control valve.
The coolant flow control valve 24 fitted through a mounting member 80 to an air compressor 30 for supplying air to a fuel cell stack for controlling a circulation volume of a coolant, and rubber-made piping tubes 84a, 84b connected, respectively, to an inlet port 40a through which the coolant is guided into the coolant flow control valve 24 and an outlet port 40b through which the coolant is guided out. A vibration-alleviating direction of the mounting member 80, a motor shaft direction of a valve-driving part suitable for the coolant flow control valve 24, and a bending direction of the piping tubes 84a, 84b as seen from the coolant flow control valve 24 are all set in the same direction.
