Abstract:
To centralize human resources and material resources for researches, developments, designs, and manufactures in a displacement-type on-water sailing body by placing no propulsion equipment at the stern so as to eliminate mutual interference among the wake of a submerged hull body in a stern, propulsion equipment, and a rudder and by enabling an overall evaluation with combinations of individual evaluations for respective performance of a hull shape and the propulsion equipment.SOLUTION: In an on-water sailing body 1, propulsion equipment 10 is arranged to obtain sailing thrust in a first front-back range Rx1 between a front end 2a of a submerged hull part 2 and a 75% rear position P1 of a total length Lb in the submerged hull part 2.
