Abstract:
PURPOSE: To assemble an optical device and a housing in an optical system without requiring rearrangement of optical elements by arranging the optical device supported by the housing.
CONSTITUTION: A polyhedron 12 of the optical system is supported by a housing 14, and a jig 50 is provided with a base part 52 which is so attached that it can be rotated around the axial line. Pushers 100 carried by the base part are engaged with the housing 14 and energize the housing 14 toward the base part 52. Pushers 100 are individually controlled to control the position of the housing 14 to the base part 52 around plural axial lines. An optical meter 130 measures the angular position of the optical device on the housing; and if it is correctly arranged, the meter 130 is held until an adhesive is hardened to couple an attaching plate and a bush together.
