PURPOSE: To automatically arrange bags packed with vegetables and fruits before they are packed into a box.

CONSTITUTION: Bags packed with goods are pushed by a push members 25 provided with comblike first-claws 23 and transferred slidingly over a feed surface so that they are brought into contact with each other. A guide part 35 having rectangular section is guided by a fixed groove 39. The groove 39 forms a large square loop. The push member 25 is oriented in a predetermined direction during its motion. The supporting part of the member 25 imparts a drive force to the member 25 to slide it by rotating a rotation part 49. A spring 57 urges the member 25 approximately radially outwardly to prevent the position of the member 25 from being broken by the square corners of the fixed groove. The comblike claws 23 pass through another comblike claws 21 provided on a chain conveyor 19 which transfers the bags.
