Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an arranging and loading device capable of efficiently arranging and loading various cargoes such as rice bags on a pallet without cargo shifting.
CONSTITUTION: An arranging and loading device 1 is provided with a device body 3, a cargo arranging means 4 to arrange the cargoes at the prescribed position in a horizontal manner, a cargo loading means 6 provided with a pallet 5 for loading the cargo on the upper surface arranged in an elevatable manner, and a cargo holding means 1 0 which is arranged in an elevatable and turnable manner relative to an arm supporting body 7 arranged over the cargo loading means in a movable manner respectively in X-direction and Y-direction, and provided with a regulating arm F1 to regulate both sides of the cargo 22 and a holding arm F2 to support the lower side of the cargo in a respectively openable/closable manner. In addition, a storage means to store the arrangement information of each cargo onto the pallet 5 and the arrangement order information for each loading stage, and a control means to realize the holding, the transfer, the direction change, and the holding release by the cargo holding means 10 of each cargo 2 arranged on the cargo arranging means 4, and stacking arrange a required number of cargoes in a plurality of stages according to the arrangement information and the arrangement order information are provided.
