The ABS actuator bracket 5 is constituted of a bracket base 20 for laying the ABS actuator 2, and body attaching pieces 21a-21c attached to a body panel 4, a space part 32 having a space L corresponding to a dimension of the vehicular component such as the harness (main harness 33) is provided between the body panel 4 and the the bracket base 20 of the ABS actuator bracket 5 under a condition where the actuator bracket 5 is attached to the body panel 4, and the vehicular component is inserted through the space part 32 to be arranged.
