PURPOSE: To eliminate necessity for additionally providing a reinforcing member in order to avoid decreasing rigidity of a car body.

CONSTITUTION: In a dash lower member 32, a closed section 34 of triangular section, extended in a car width direction, is formed with a dash panel 28 in a lower part thereof. In the closed section 34, a through hole 36, penetrating it in a car body longitudinal direction, is formed to make a notch 38 of a vertical wall part 32A and a notch 42 of a horizontal wall part 32C, of the dash lower member 32, serve as an opening part of the through hole 36. Two power cables 46, 48 are provided to pass along a car body longitudinal direction in the through hole 36. Rear end parts of these power cables 46, 48 are connected to a battery in a battery carrier, and front end parts of the power cables 46, 48 are connected to a control box in a front room.
