Abstract:
To obtain an array antenna device capable of suppressing a spurious component caused by a harmonic wave independently of a device configuration to which the array antenna device is to be applied.SOLUTION: An array antenna device comprises a plurality of antenna elements, a plurality of transmission/reception modules, and a synthesis distribution circuit. Each transmission/reception module comprises a harmonic suppression circuit 3 that suppresses a harmonic signal included in a reception signal. Each harmonic suppression circuit 3 comprises: a transmission line 8 connecting between the antenna elements and the synthesis distribution circuit; and short stubs 31-1 and 31-2 each branched from a different branch point in a midway on the transmission line 8. A distance between the short stub 31-1 and the short stub 31-2 is set to a random, different length among the plurality of harmonic suppression circuits 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
