Title:
ARRAY RADIOMETER FOR LOW TEMPERATURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04236335
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make correction to the surrounding temperatures even when a photodetector having a plurality of elements is used by making the number of the photodetecting elements of the photodetector to be coincident with that of the pin holes. CONSTITUTION:This radiometer is provided with an optical system comprised of an objective lens 1 which condenses the radiation light from a measuring object, and lenses 3 and 4, a photodetector 20 having a plurality of photodetecting elements 16 aligned in first dimension and provided at the condensing position of the optical system, pin holes 17 of the same number as the photodetecting elements 16 which are provided at the condensing position in the optical system and remove the external disturbing radiation light at positions corresponding to the respective photodetecting elements 16, concave mirrors 19 at the side of a photo chopper 26 of each pin hole 17, and the photo chopper 26 in front of the pin holes 17 to shut and pass the incident light. The part of the photo chopper 26 confronting to each concave mirror 19 is mirror- finished. In this constitution, the radiation is measured without requiring a special reference light source or scanning.
