Abstract:
To provide a liquid crystal display element which is configured using an array substrate having a coloring pattern formed by low-temperature curing with the use of a coloring composition capable of containing a dye, an insulation film formed by low-temperature curing, and an alignment film formed by low-temperature curing, and has excellent electric characteristics, display characteristics and reliability performance.SOLUTION: An array substrate for a display element has coloring patterns of red, blue and green, and is achieved by (A) a coloring pattern containing at least one coloring agent selected from the group consisting of a coloring agent represented by formula (1), a coloring agent having a structural moiety represented by formula (2) and a coloring agent having a structural moiety represented by formula (3), and 100-10,000 (wt) ppm of heavy metal, and (B) an insulating film containing a resin having a carboxyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
