Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrayed imaging system.SOLUTION: An arrayed imaging system includes an array of detectors formed with a common base and a first array of layered optical elements, each of the layered optical elements being optically connected with a detector in the array of detectors. In an embodiment, a method forms a plurality of imaging systems, each of the plurality of imaging systems having a detector. The method includes a step of forming arrayed imaging systems with a common base by forming, for each of the plurality of imaging systems, at least one set of layered optical elements optically connected with its detector. The step of forming includes sequential application of one or more fabrication masters.
