Abstract:
To provide an arrester for a coaxial cable, that allows easy installation by enabling the direct installation of the arrester to a through plate.
The arrester for the coaxial cable is configured, such that the arrester is firmly fixed to the through plate 23 by screw-inserting a nut 17 to a male thread 16 of a cable connecting connector 13, that passes through the through hole of the through plate 23, and grounding poles of a plurality of arresters (not shown) are grounded to a centralized grounding plate 25 by earth cables 24, thus preventing the generation of a potential difference between the grounding poles of the plurality of arresters.
