To reduce man-hours, shorten a work time, and improve the reliability when a lightning arrester is installed on a distribution board.SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of a lightning arrester 11 in which the lightning arrester 11 is assembled to a distribution board 28, and a line side terminal of the lightning arrester 11 is connected to a power line 33 of the distribution board 28, a terminal block 13 is arranged on the side surface of the lightning arrester 11, and the line side terminal of the lightning arrester 11 and the power supply line 33 of the distribution board 28 are connected via the terminal block 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
