Abstract:
To provide an arrival order determination method, an arrival order determination device and a program capable of automatically determining the arrival order of athletes from a goal scene image acquired by a slit camera with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An arrival order determination device 100a includes: an image storage unit 30 for storing a goal scene image obtained by a slit camera installed at a goal position; a clothing color region recognition unit 70 for recognizing a color region of each athlete's clothing color in the goal scene image as a body part of the athlete; a goal determination target region extraction unit 80 for extracting a goal determination target region including a specific part of an athlete boarding object from the goal scene image based on the position of the body part of each athlete; an image matching unit 90 for obtaining specific position coordinates subjected to goal determination by matching the extracted image of the goal determination target region with a reference image subjected to goal determination; and an arrival order output unit 95 for determining arrival orders of the plurality of athletes based on the specific position coordinates, and for outputting them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
