PURPOSE: To improve profitability in recycle by decreasing contractedly volume of plastic waste matter by means of heating/deformation, and making storage/ conveyance thereof convenient.
CONSTITUTION: Electromagnetic wave absorbent is contained in plastic forming an article armour body, and this plastic waste matter 7 is put into a rotary tank 5, and electromagnetic wave is radiated into the rotary tank 5 from an electromagnetic wave generating means 2, and the plastic waste matter 7 is made directly to run hot, and is deformed, so that its volume can be decreased. Thereby, the volume of the plastic waste matter can be decreased at a high speed by low energy consumption in places where the plastic-waste matter is produced, and profitability in recycle can be also improved.
