A cut-out conveyor 12 is arranged so as to be able to travel below a magazine 10 for storing the articles W while superposing them. A cut-out means 16 for cutting out the articles W in the predetermined number unit is arranged on the cut-out conveyor 12. The cut-out means 16 is provided with a plurality of support members 20, 22, 24, 26 having article placement surfaces 30a descended and inclined toward a rear side in an article conveying direction; and a support member 28 having a horizontal article placement surface 34a. Push-out parts 32, 36 for hooking and pushing out rear parts of the articles W at the lowest position are formed on front ends of the respective support members 22, 24, 26, 28. Furthermore, the cut-out means 16 is passed below the magazine 10, and thereby, the articles W are cut out one by one and conveyed to a downstream side.
