Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article of furniture with a top plate, in which the top plate is capable of ascending/descending, making wiring hardly interfere with a foot of a user regardless of an ascending/descending position of the top plate in the case of using the article of furniture.SOLUTION: An article of furniture 1 with a top plate according to the present invention comprises: the top plate 6 capable of ascending/descending; end part legs 2; intermediate legs 3; a wiring duct 5; a wiring collection device 8 that is capable of collecting a plurality of wires housed in the wiring duct 5 in a state having flexibility, and capable of drooping ends of the wires downwards in a state in which the wires have a wiring excess length corresponding to a movable range relating to the ascending/descending motion of the top plate 6 from the wiring duct 5 to a floor surface; and a guide device 3C for guiding the wiring collection device 8 drooping from the wiring duct 5 so that the wiring collection device droops along a guide space X between the plurality of intermediate legs 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
