Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible to manufacture a clamp-hanger made by a single- pass molding cycle by cooling a resin for forming a jaw of hanger in a degree of not change a shape of the hanger, and injecting a resin for a pad into a cavity. CONSTITUTION: Two casts 24 shown partially in the drawings has a cavity for simultaneously molding the whole of a hanger including both clamps 13. A front and rear parts of a jaws 14, 15 are molded in a perfectly opened position, and when the cast is initially closed, each of the cavity 25 of forming a pad 20 is occupied by a cum 26. Each of one cum from four pieces of the cams 26 is provided to each of one pad 20. When a resin such as polypropylene of forming the hanger is injected into the molding cavity of the cast, the resin is filled into the whole part of the cavity excepting a space occupied by the cams. When an injected resin is sufficiently solidified within few seconds after completion of injection as much as the cams of occupying the pad forming cavity can be brought back to an upper of a space 26a, the cams are moved out. A pad forming resin is injected into a space or a pad molding cavity through an opening 27. After that, the cast is maintained in a closing state until both injected resins are sufficiently solidified.
