To safely fit an ornament for a tooth to the tooth without damaging the tooth and inside of the oral cavity by a simple, reliable and inexpensive method without requiring a special technique.
An article for housing and fitting an ornament for tooth is provided with: a tray 3 where a first hole 5 for housing a powdered base agent 4 formed as the component of an adhesive and housing the ornament 1 for the tooth, and a second hole 6 in which a liquid base agent formed as the component of the adhesive is freely stored are formed; and a flexible transparent pressure sensitive adhesive tape 2 adhering and holding the ornament 1. The powdered base agent 4 is housed at the bottom of the first hole 5, the ornament 1 whose surface adheres to the tape 2 is housed in the upper part of the first hole 5, and the tape 2 adheres to the tray 3.
