An installation position and attitude of the clamp member 1 to the rod body 7 are held by elastic restoration force of the clamp member 1. By applying operation force exceeding friction force applied between the clamp member 1 and the rod body 7 to the clamp member 1, the clamp member 1 moves in an action direction of the operation force to change a relative position of the article 8 to the rod body in a rotation direction or axial direction, so the article 8 is disposed at the optimum position suitable to the physique of a user, his using attitude, etc., to maintain favorable usage feel.
