PURPOSE: To provide an article installing structure having constitution by which a fixing tool to support an article with a stud erected on a panel can be stably installed.

CONSTITUTION: An article installing structure is composed of a stud 20 erected on a panel 21 and a fixing tool 19 which supports a wire harness 23 and is installed on the stud 20. The stud 20 is composed of flanges 24 and 25 formed on both ends and a locking recessed part 27 formed in a diameter smaller than the flanges and in a prescribed length between both flanges, and the fixing tool 19 is provided with a support part 28 to support the wire harness and a stud locking part 29 to be locked on the locking recessed part of the stud, and a part 35 of the stud locking part 29 is locked by entering the locking recessed part 27. Therefore, even if a step 41 exists on the panel 21, always stable installation can be performed.
