To provide an article carrying device to carry a part of an article in a levitated condition with a simple configuration by using an article levitating device which can oscillate a diaphragm in a stable condition by one oscillator with a simple configuration.
A plurality of rotary shafts 23 are supported between both side walls 22b of a frame 22, and a roller 25 to move the article 21 in an engaged condition with both ends of the article 21 is fixed to the rotary shafts 23. The rotary shafts 23 are rotated in the fixed direction by a motor 27 via a drive pulley 28, a belt 29 and a pulley 26. A long diaphragm 24 is disposed above the rotary shafts 23 in the center of the width direction of a base plate 22a. The diaphragm 24 is fixed to a horn 31 excited by the oscillator 30 at a first end part side, and fixed to a horn 32 with the diaphragm not connected thereto at a second end part side. The length of the horn 32 in the direction orthogonal to the diaphragm 24 is formed to be nλ/2 (λ is the wavelength; and n is a natural number).
