To enable picking handling for small articles without damaging the articles, to efficiently perform classified shipment in the minimum unit in bulk and to improve delivery process speed to a destination.

A pallet transferring line 10 is formed into a ring pallet transferring mechanism successively transferring and circulating article-loaded pallets 1 from a receiving station 2 to an article-assorting station 3. The pallet transferring mechanism is provided with a pallet loading base 11 for loading each article-loaded pallet 1. Each pallet-loaded base 11 is provided with a transmission part 12 having input data displayed on an assortment instruction display board 4. The article-assorting station is provided with a reader device for reading the data from the transmission part 12 and for sending the data to the assortment instruction display board. Whenever each pallet-loaded base 11 moves and passes through the station 3, the assorted article instruction is displayed. A worker or a picker B picks up the specified article from the passing article- loaded pallet 1 based on the instruction display. The specified article is transferred to a delivery pallet 1b for every destination.
