Raising-up or lowering down of the article receiving member 1 and taking-out of the article receiving member 1 are performed by using the lifting function of the lifting means 25 of the article receiving member in common to be able to improve efficiency of space and reduce cost by suitably performing switching control from the lifting control of the conveyer device 30 to the holding posture and releasing posture by the article receiving member holding means 25, and the combination control of the drive of the conveyer device 30 and the drive stop control.
