To provide an article taking out apparatus which avoids scattering of capsules by making a storage case not be detached from an outer casing when capsules are replaced and replenished.
In this article taking out apparatus 1 having the outer casing 2 and capsule storage case 3 set in the outer casing 2 so that it can be drawn and which stores a capsule K containing an article S, wherein the outer casing 2 has a coin insertion hole 2a, a handle 2b which is operated after inserting coins from the coin insertion hole and the taking-out port 2c of the capsule dropped from the inside of the storage case by the operation of the handle, it is constituted so that the amount of drawing of the capsule storage case 3 is restricted to the amount of opening required for storage of the capsule and the capsule storage case is not detached from the outer casing 2 when drawing.
