PURPOSE: To enable vertical and horizontal movement of goods such as a work in spite of only rotational movement of each rotationally moving arm by providing the first and the second driving means for rotationally moving the first and the second rotationally moving arms, respectively.

CONSTITUTION: The first and the second rotationally moving arms 3, 8 are rotated to move a retaining portion 12 to the other press machine P2 horizontally. In this case, the direction of rotational movement by driving means 26, 27 for the first and the second rotationally moving arms 3, 8 is, of course, opposite to that in movement to one press machine P1. Later, the first and the second rotationally moving arms 3, 8 are rotated to move the retaining portion 12 retaining a work W downward. When it reaches a preset position the first and second rotationally moving arms 3, 8 are stopped and the work W is relieved from being retained by the retaining portion 12 to put the work W on the other press machine P2.
